By accessing or using any services provided by AzurStone Labs Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including the azurstonelabs.com website, RealityExtract, and WarrantyMate (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

Description of Services

AzurStone Labs Inc. provides consumer software applications and related services:

• RealityExtract is a data capture application that uses computer vision and on-device OCR to read physical displays and meters. Available at realityextract.com.
• WarrantyMate is a warranty management application that helps users track, organize, and receive reminders about product warranties. Available at warrantymate.app.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

User Accounts

Certain features of our Services require you to create an account. When you do so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and source code — are the exclusive property of AzurStone Labs Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or systems connected to the Services.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that OCR readings captured by RealityExtract will be 100% accurate. Users should verify critical readings independently. Warranty information provided by WarrantyMate is based on available data and may not reflect the most current terms from manufacturers or retailers.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZURSTONE LABS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or data provided through the Services.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@azurstonelabs.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AzurStone Labs Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may notify you through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
